Xonebrand offers a 30-day return and refund policy for all products sold in our online store.
Eligible Products
All products sold on Xonebrand are eligible for return or refund, except the following:
- Customized or custom designed products
- Products that have been used or damaged
- Products that have been purchased in a sale or special promotion
Return Process
To return a product, the customer must contact Xonebrand within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer must provide the order number and an explanation of the reason for the return.
Once Xonebrand has received the return request, the customer will have 10 days to return the product to the address indicated. The product must be in its original condition and with all packaging materials.

For international customers, Xonebrand will reimburse return shipping costs up to a maximum of 10%. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Uncollected Packages
In the event that an order cannot be delivered due to the absence of the recipient and after multiple contact attempts without response, the package will be returned to the sender after [cantidad de días según el servicio postal] days.
