Xonebrand is committed to delivering your products on time and in good condition. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping times

Xonebrand shipping times are divided into two phases:

  • Manufacturing and packaging process:
    • International Shipping: 3-5business days.
    • Local shipping:1 to 2 business days.
  • Transport:
    • International Shipping:2-3 days to be dropped off at the shipping agency, plus 14-20 business days for shipping. In case of delay, the shipping time can be up to 45 business days.
    • Local shipping:The arrival time at your destination depends on the agency that transports it. In the case of shipments within metropolitan Lima, it takes 2 to 3 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order destination and the shipping method chosen.

MShipping methods

Xonebrand offers the following shipping methods:

  • Regular mail:This shipping method is free for orders over 70 soles and is valid only in Lima. Delivery time is 4 to 5 business days for local shipments.
  • Certified mail:This shipping method has a cost of (provided at checkout). Delivery time is 20-30 business days for international shipments and 2-3 business days for local shipments.

Shipping Insurance

Xonebrand offers free shipping insurance for all orders. This insurance covers any damage or loss that may occur during transportation.
